2017 was an exciting year at Equal Parts. Growing as a team and as a company has been both challenging and rewarding, and we’re excited to share that growth with you!
Where do we start?
In 2017 Equal Parts grew in every way possible. An important part of managing that growth was adding Jim McGowan, who joined as a partner in August. His leadership experience in a wide range of industries, ranging from fortune 500s to technology startups, has been the perfect fit as our company continues to evolve. Jim has jumped right in, helping manage our growth both behind the scenes and with clients.
We Crushed Our Goals
As a company we believe it’s important to set goals that you can measure your success by, and we practice what we preach. We’re excited that we were able to meet, and even exceed, every goal that we set for 2017 including:
25% more HR Assessments were completed than predicted
48% more executives and 71% more managers were supported, developed, and coached than anticipated
100% more Cultural Analysis were performed over projections
138% more revenue was earned than forecasted
300% more candidates were placed than estimated
Our Thoughts (in two sentences)
JTM: Having the stars align 2017 with the opportunity to join Equal Parts has surpassed every expectation. As we roll into 2018, I’m looking forward to further building on our foundation of helping our clients refine their vision, build their culture, and exceed their business goals.
KMP: Two sentences? You must be joking. I cannot fully summarize my amazing first year at Equal Parts in two sentences. While I experienced every emotion, I wouldn’t change a thing. I will simply state I’m over-the-top stoked about the year to come, can’t thank enough each and every client and partner that believed in us, and watch out 2018 … here we come.
MAV: For me, 2017 was all about growth. My family grew by one, Equal Parts grew by four, and I’ve grown personally in ways I never expected. I am excited for 2018, and working to ensure everyone we connect knows how much they matter to us.
There are so many people who have contributed to making 2017 a successful year for Equal Parts. The faith and support of every client, referral partner, coach, collaborator, cohort, crony, mate, ally, teammate, colleague, spouse, friend, and family member that believed in us are what have made it all possible. We couldn’t have done it without all of you!
